Intellectual Property Law has a vital role to play in protecting the foundations of the European knowledge-based economy.

The basic shape of the protection system for patents, trademarks and copyright becomes more and more a Community matter. A clear overview of recent changes in Community legislation and case law, as well as a prospective outlook on the coming events are vital infor mation tools for both practitioners and academics.

On these topical questions 6 clinic sessions of three hours each will be offered in Brussels to the LL.M. students as part of their education. They will also be opened to a limited number of professionals. They will be led by senior officials from the Brussels European scene.
